Datenschutzhinweis Formular Dual Career Service
Auf der Internetseite der WFB Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH wird den Benutzern die Möglichkeit eingeräumt, den Dual Career Service unseres Unternehmens zu nutzen. Welche personenbezogenen Daten bei der Nutzung des Dual Career Services an den für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen sowie den Verteiler der teilnehmenden Personalverantwortlichen übermittelt werden, ergibt sich aus der hierzu verwendeten Eingabemaske.
Die personenbezogenen Daten können grundsätzlich nur dann weitergegeben werden, wenn (1) die betroffene Person über eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse verfügt und (2) die betroffene Person der Weiterleitung zustimmt. An die von einer betroffenen Person eingetragene E-Mail-Adresse wird aus rechtlichen Gründen eine Bestätigungsmail im Double-Opt-In-Verfahren versendet. Diese Bestätigungsmail dient der Überprüfung, ob der Inhaber der E-Mail-Adresse als betroffene Person der Weiterleitung der personenbezogenen Daten zustimmt. Bei der Nutzung des Dual Career Service speichern wir ferner die vom Internet-Service-Provider (ISP) vergebene IP-Adresse des von der betroffenen Person zum Zeitpunkt der Anmeldung verwendeten Computersystems sowie das Datum und die Uhrzeit der Anmeldung. Die Erhebung dieser Daten ist erforderlich, um den (möglichen) Missbrauch der E-Mail-Adresse einer betroffenen Person zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nachvollziehen zu können und dient deshalb der rechtlichen Absicherung des für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen. Die im Rahmen der Nutzung des Dual Career Service erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten werden ausschließlich zum Versand an den Verteiler der teilnehmenden Personalverantwortlichen und die Verantwortlichen bei der WFB verwendet. Es erfolgt keine Weitergabe der im Rahmen des Newsletter-Dienstes erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten an Dritte.

On the website of the WFB Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH, users are given the opportunity to use our company's dual career service. The input mask used for this purpose shows which personal data is transmitted to the person responsible for processing and the distribution list of the participating HR managers when using the Dual Career Service.
In principle, personal data can only be passed on if (1) the person concerned has a valid e-mail address and (2) the person concerned agrees to the forwarding. For legal reasons, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address entered by the person concerned using the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to check whether the owner of the e-mail address as the person concerned consents to the forwarding of personal data. When using the Dual Career Service, we also save the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) of the computer system used by the person concerned at the time of registration, as well as the date and time of registration. The collection of this data is necessary in order to be able to trace the (possible) misuse of the e-mail address of a data subject at a later point in time and therefore serves as a legal safeguard for the person responsible for processing. The personal data collected as part of the use of the Dual Career Service will only be used for sending to the mailing list of the participating HR managers and those responsible at the WFB. The personal data collected as part of the newsletter service will not be passed on to third parties.
