Regulars table for HR Managers

The Regulars table for HR Managers is a joint event held by the Senator for Economic Affairs, Ports and Transformation and Bremen Economic Development Agency. It provides HR Managers and specialists with opportunities to swap experiences and opinions about current challenges and developments in the field of human resources.

Observations gained from real-life situations and constructive dialogues are at the heart of these events: from presentations on good practice by expert guests to wide-ranging discussions – the Regulars Table is the place to discover new insights into how to recruit, retain and develop personnel and exchange experiences with other people working in the field.

The casual atmosphere at these events encourages a more detailed exploration of topics that are often not give enough time during the working day. Whether you want to retain your existing skilled workforce, find out about innovative recruiting strategies or how to get to grips with new technologies – the Regulars Table always presents relevant topics and offers practical points of contact for your working life.

i2b (idea 2 business)

i2b is the largest business and science network in north-west Germany. Free events are organised regularly in Bremen, Bremerhaven, Oldenburg and Berlin. These events bring together female entrepreneurs, scientists and decision-makers to discuss current and innovative topics. The events with up to 700 guests offer a platform for knowledge transfer, exciting impulses and the establishment of valuable contacts.

Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) Bremen

The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) is the world’s largest support network for small and medium-sized companies with international growth ambitions. It offers advice on innovation, internationalization and EU funding programs and connects companies companies with potential partners in over 60 countries. Thanks to the support by the European Union and co-financing from the state of Bremen, the majority of EEN Bremen’s services are offered free of charge.

Business and Professional Women Bremen (BPW Bremen e.V.)

Business and Professional Women Bremen (BPW Bremen e.V.) is a network for working women, professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs. It offers exchange, professional development, and mentoring to support women’s career advancement. Through regular events and civic engagement, BPW Bremen promotes gender equality and increases the visibility of women in the world of work.

Schulewirtschaft Bremen

The network for cooperation between schools and businesses is anchored regionally and networked nationwide. The aim is to bring schools and companies into contact with each other in order to make the transition into the world of work easier for young people and to support companies in securing the next generation of skilled workers.

At national level, the network is supported by the Confederation of German Employers’ Associations and the Cologne Institute for Economic Research. At state level, the network is supported by the business associations in the state of Bremen in cooperation with representatives of the Senator for Children and Education and the Bremen State Institute for Schools.
