Skills shortage, staff turnover, the baby boomer gap: the problem of not being able to find the right people for vacant positions in an organization, or not being able to retain them, has many names. And the number of possible solutions is growing: in recent years, the hype surrounding the special benefits that people need not only to join an organization, but also to stay there, has reached new heights. One aspect of retention that is often overlooked is the role of the organization, its structures, and dynamics—and how they influence whether people stay or leave.
At the 28th regulars' table for HR managers on March 19, 2026, there will be a workshop on this topic led by Marc Jaschik and Julia Henke, organizational consultants at FUTUR ZWEI.
The focus will be on strategic organizational design and the question:
How can we succeed in creating conditions that are worth staying for?
