Why?
If a new job involves a change of location, it can be helpful to offer support to accompanying persons in finding employment. This creates added value that helps to convince the skilled worker to relocate.
Who is it for?
Participating companies in the Dual Career Service network are presented with potential skilled workers. They receive an email when a new person expresses interest in working in the state of Bremen via the Dual Career Service. Accompanying persons, in turn, gain an additional channel for their job search.
How?
The Dual Career Service is an online platform for job seekers whose profiles are shared exclusively with the network of participating companies.
