Making Bremen visible - using the advantages of the location in employer branding

Bremen offers more than just attractive jobs – the city stands for short distances, a high quality of life, cultural diversity and a dynamic economic environment. Incorporating these strengths into your employer communication can help you to attract, inspire and retain skilled workers in the long term.

In cooperation with the University of Bremen, it was shown that companies that make the advantages of their location visible differentiate themselves authentically and successfully in the competition for talent.

Why location communication is important:

  • Emotional added value: For many applicants, it’s not just the workplace that counts, but also the quality of life in their place of residence.
  • Authenticity: A clear connection to the location makes your employer profile credible and unique.
  • Competitive advantage: Bremen can score points with arguments such as good accessibility, low cost of living and high recreational value, especially in the face of supra-regional competition.

Further information can be found in the theme world.
