The 23rd regulars’ table for HR managers took place on November 5, 2024 in the Zech-Haus and was a cooperation event followed by an i2b meet-up. By way of introduction, i2b next level presented insights into the use of AI in recruiting. The Bremen police shared their practical experience, and the projects TZ#KI, BAB – Die Förderbank für Bremen und Bremerhaven and Staffery Jobtimizer each gave short pitches. Participants learned about the role of pixels and landing pages in social recruiting, that the successful use of AI also entails new forms of work and additional effort, and that algorithms need time to train themselves. These perspectives open up new possibilities for approaching potential specialists more efficiently and the interactive exchange provided valuable impetus for the participants’ future recruiting.
