There is huge potential in recruiting skilled workers in Bremen – this became clear at the 27th regulars’ table for HR managers!
The event focused on target groups that have been largely untapped to date, which offer great potential but are rarely addressed systematically: older employees aged 50+, international skilled workers, foreign students, and young talent.
We were particularly impressed yesterday by the wide range of expert input. We would like to express our sincere thanks for the wealth of knowledge and new inspiration, which will certainly continue to resonate for some time and offer good approaches for new recruitment campaigns and strategies.
