How can companies specifically promote the mental well-being of their employees? This question was the focus of the 25th regulars’ table for HR managers, which took place as an anniversary edition at the Klimahaus Bremerhaven. The three speakers Nina von Rittern, Leonard Gabriel Heygster and Christiane Munz examined the topic from different perspectives – from structural measures to specific support services such as first-aid training. Regional initiatives also presented their offers at the concluding “Market of Opportunities”. A special moment was thanking Dr. Yvonne Bauer, who has been moderating the regulars’ tables with expertise and commitment for 25 years. We would like to thank everyone involved and are delighted with the growing number of participants and the open exchange.
