How can age diversity be used specifically as a strategic success factor? This question was the focus of the 24th regulars’ table for HR managers. Our speakers Valeska Schaaf and Sylvia Huette-Ritterbusch (GOKA) provided valuable insights with a keynote speech. In an interactive “snowball fight”, personal experiences were collected and reflected upon, and it became clear: Images of age are multifaceted, and in addition to biological age, individual life phases also play a role. Topics that are often taboo in the work context were also discussed. The subsequent themed tables focused on practical issues. The wide range of ages of the participants was particularly pleasing and lent a special authenticity to the discussion. We would like to thank everyone involved for the lively discussion.
